Easy Start ESP-101™ Fuel Primer System


Hard starting is a common problem in light duty diesel trucks. This may be due to the injector pump getting tired. Often the engine runs fine once started and starts easily during the day but after sitting for a few hours the problem reappears. Leaky injectors or a tired injector pump are often the culprit allowing minut amounts of air into the fuel system. Thus preventing proper start up.
A new injector pump costs between $1,500 to $2,000 dollars.

The ESP-101™
A low cost answer to an expensive problem.


The Easy Start ESP-101™ Fuel Primer System pumps fuel into the fuel lines, purging the trapped air in the main feed line and from primary filters, secondary filters and the injector pump. To protect fuel systems, all primers have pressure relief valves which are factory set to deliver the proper fuel pressure to purge the system without damaging the engine.

    EASY INSTALLATION: As simple as splitting the fuel line and connecting each end of the fuel line to each side of the unit. Connect to the proper power source and go!
  • EASY TO OPERATE: Once installed the ESP-101™ requires no user interface. It works on it's own. No valves to turn! No switches! Just turn the ignition key to on and start as normal!
  • NO FLOW RESTRICTION: The ESP-101™ does not install inline of your fuel system. You do not have to worry about fuel line restriction.
  • Not intended for use with in tank electric fuel pumps.
